We are committed to implementing, maintaining, periodically reviewing, and continuously improving an effective Occupational Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System in compliance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 International standard requirements respectively
We recognize our responsibility to minimize the potential impact of our operations on the environment, provide a safe and healthy workplace for our employees to prevent ill health and injury, ensure efficient use of the natural resources, and therefore to operate in an environmentally responsible and sustainable way.
Seashore is also committed:
- Continually improve HSE performance by carrying out the timely risk assessment, environmental aspect and impact assessment, waste minimization and optimized use of resources.
- Fulfill all applicable Qatar legal requirements and comply with any other required HSE requirements from our customers and relevant interested parties.
- Prevent pollution, eliminate and/or reduce significant OH&S Hazards and risks through the establishment of targets/objectives and regular monitoring.
- Extend total commitment to our environmental management practices by incorporating innovative and scientific waste management strategies and committed to practice Reduce, Reuse and Recycle as the basic principle of waste minimization
- Ensuring continuous trainings, supervisions and effective means of communication regarding Occupational Health, Safety and Environment within the division and with other interested parties.
- Consultation and participation of its workers, through their representatives, in the development, implementation and continual improvement of its HSE Management System.
- Conducting regular project HSE inspections and audits to assess the HSE performance.
We continually improve and sustain our HSE standards and compliances with the various initiatives:
- Integrated Management System (IMS) certified company; with three international standards ISO 9001:2015 for Quality ISO 14001:2015, Environmental & ISO 45001:2018 for OHSAS.

Stop Work Policy:
Seashore authorizes all employees and visitors including contractor’s employees to immediately STOP any WORK upon discovery of a situation or condition which may potentially cause harm or endangers life, damage to assets and significant impacts to the environment.
